The Nordic Council of Ministers is an international organisation for governmental cooperation among the five Nordic countries: Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Norway and Sweden. The office collaborates with national and regional institutions, NGOs, and Nordic diplomatic representatives. The NCM office in Latvia supports and carries out projects that are linked to the Nordic countries, and which encourage broad cooperation between the Nordic and Baltic countries.
