Area: Exhibition hall on the first floor – approx. 160 m² + 95.5 m² entrance area. WC facilities are located on the second floor.
Rent: EUR 800 + VAT per month outside the heating season (from 1 May to 30 September), and EUR 1,100 + VAT per month during the heating season (from 1 October to 30 April). The rent includes heating, water and sewage services, real estate tax, Berga Bazārs maintenance costs, and the use of waste containers for up to 60 litres of household waste per day. The indicated rent is the minimum price for events lasting from one day up to one month. For rentals exceeding one month, a 15% discount is applied to each subsequent month. Additional payments: The tenant pays for consumed electricity.
